Dianne Bondy returns to the Sparkle Hour for this Happy Holiday Minisode! Dianne encourages us to spend a little time in nature and to eat the damn cookie.
[ 3:10] There’s enough guilt and shame around food that we don’t need to create more of that. I think less of that is good.
[5:21] Sometimes it’s good to take a little break from your email. Sometimes it’s good to take a little break from the Internet… It’s really good to be bored.
[6:40] If you’ve got five minutes to scroll through your Facebook or Instagram feed, then you have five minutes. You can make a choice. I can either spend what usually ends up being 15-20 minutes scrolling through Facebook or Instagram, or I can put on my shoes and go outside and take 10 minutes in nature.
